Every answer gets a confidence score from 0–100%. Anything below 70% lands here automatically — along with emergencies, pest issues, neighbor disputes, evictions, and anything a tenant asks a real person about. Kasio's draft answer (if it has one) is attached so you can see its reasoning before it ever reaches the tenant.
